What is an "investigation credit"?
One investigation = one natural-language query, run across up to 8 platforms, with a chosen recency window and result cap. Re-running the same saved search to fetch new posts does not consume a new credit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, monthly cancellation in one click. We do not pro-rate downgrades but we do honor a 30-day moneyback on the first month.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
The Notebook plan is the trial — same platforms, same parser, just capped at 3 investigations. We do not gate features behind a "talk to sales" flow.
Do you offer annual invoicing?
