1. What Crowd Scope is
Crowd Scope is a research tool that indexes publicly accessible social-platform posts and returns them, ranked by recency and specificity, in response to natural-language queries. We do not store private content, do not enrich beyond public identifiers by default, and respect each platform's robots and rate-limit signals.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. One account per individual; team plans include explicit seats. We will not share, sell, or rent your account data to third parties.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Crowd Scope for legitimate research, lead generation, market intelligence, and journalism. You agree not to use it to harass, stalk, dox, or otherwise harm any individual, and not to bulk-resell the underlying data without our written permission.
4. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually depending on the plan you chose. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not auto-renew an annual plan into a new annual plan without explicit consent — we will email you 30 days before renewal.
5. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month, no questions asked.
6. Data removal
Anyone — whether or not they are a Crowd Scope user — can email privacy@crowd-scope.com to request removal of their public posts from our index. We honor every request within 24 hours.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the index fresh and accurate, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability or correctness. Our maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
8. Changes to these terms
We will notify you at least 30 days before any material change to these terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription and we will refund any unused portion.
